5 Troubleshooting

VNone of the lights turn on after I install the EM-

422 and connect it to a network device.

• Make sure the EM-422 is properly installed in a switch.

• Make sure that you are using the XFP transceivers to con-

nect the EM-422 to other device(s).

• Make sure the power source is turned on.

• If the problem continues, contact your vendor.
